Summer Building Entry Protocol

Dear Oxford School Community,

As we navigate through the next phases of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have developed a new building entry procedure following the CDC guidelines for this summer.  In our continued effort to protect everyone’s health and safety, anyone wishing to enter a district building must complete a simple health questionnaire and be granted approval before gaining access.  The questionnaire can be found at hq.oxfordschools.org.  Additionally, QR code stickers for quick access to this site are being installed on main entry doors throughout the district.

Once you complete the online questionnaire, the program will generate a result, either granting or denying your entry. If you choose not to complete the questionnaire, you will not be able to enter the building. If your responses create a denial of entry into the building through the program, you will not be able to enter.  Please know, it is unlawful to enter the building if you receive a denial message. Any staff member who is denied access, yet enters a building, will face disciplinary measures, and risks termination per our newly adopted building entry protocol.

Your safety is our number one priority at Oxford Community Schools. Please help us to protect our students and staff by following these CDC guidelines.  If you have any questions, please contact Jill Lemond at [email protected].
