Dear OCS Families and Staff,
Thank you very much for taking the time to participate in our surveys. As the data and responses have been coming in, we have been monitoring the results. In reviewing the Safety survey results, we are noticing the data is incomplete with a portion of questions having minimal recorded answers. Upon investigating this concern, we learned of a formatting issue that was prohibiting most survey participants from accessing these questions.
It is very important to us to have the most accurate and comprehensive information from our community for our future decision-making. Therefore, we are resending a corrected version of the Safety survey. We are kindly asking ALL parents/guardians and staff to participate in this survey once again, even if you have already completed it. Although we will still keep the data from the original survey, it is important that we gather the most complete, well-rounded information possible.
