August 31, New e-Funds Online Payment Option

Dear Oxford Parents/Guardians,

 

The Oxford Community Schools District is pleased to introduce a new online payment option for families called e~Funds for Schools. This program offers various options for parents/guardians to make payments online for items such as yearbooks, extracurricular activities, field trips, etc., and is extremely user friendly. Not only will you have the ability to have various school fees electronically withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your credit card, you also have the flexibility to make a payment at any time through the school's website where the link can be found under the For Parents & Students tab. The e~Funds for Schools service is offered to you by a third-party service provider and they charge for processing your payment(s), similar to other online banking services. The e~Funds for Schools site is secure and uses industry-standard data encryption.

There are two options for payment:

  • No Fee: Payment using a checking account in the form of an e-check (Non-Sufficient Funds fees will be the responsibility of the payer)

or

  • Fee: Payment using a credit or debit card ($2.85 per $100 increment)

Please note, at this time lunch deposits will continue to be processed through Send Money to Schools.
