Mental Health Wellness Resources

All for Oxford Resiliency Center:  All for Oxford is managed by Common Ground and funded by The State of Michigan through a grant by the Federal Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program. This agency provides free supportive services for teens, families, and staff members who have been impacted by the events of November 30th.

Easterseals: Easterseals continues to provide crisis and support interventions to High School and Middle School students. Easterseals will have therapists in the school building which students can access.  

Suicide and Crisis Hotline: There is now a national number 988 to call for emergency crisis intervention. 988 offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal thoughts, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support. 988 will also provide resource services for intervention help.
