Please join us this summer if you need assistance with enrolling your child for the 2025-26 school year!

This event will be held at the new Oxford Education & Innovation Campus (OEIC) in room 131! Devices and support will be provided.

Please bring the following REQUIRED documents:

-Birth Certificate

-Current Mortgage statement or current property tax bill or current lease (including terms & signature page) with your first & last name, address and current date.

**If you just closed you can provide the Property Tax Transfer Affidavit from the closing that they told you to take to the township

-Either current DTE, Consumers, cell phone, car insurance, credit card bill, paystub, bank statement etc. with your first & last name, address and current date.

**If you just closed you can provide the home-owners insurance declaration sheet

-Shared household affidavit, if living with a relative, signed and notarized in front of a notary (if applicable) Call Kathy Rastigue to make an appointment or go to your bank if they have a notary.

-Parent’s Driver's license

-Custody documents (if applicable)

-Immunizations

-Vision Screening (DK/Kindergarten only) (can get from Preschool, Doctor or Health Department)

-Hearing Screening (DK/Kindergarten only) (can get from Preschool, Doctor or Health Department)

-Dental Screening (DK/Kindergarten only)

-IEP/MET – Special Ed docs (if applicable)

-Health Appraisal for K/DK & GSRP students signed by doctor.
