Oxford Community Schools is hosting a National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Overview (TERO) Training, a virtual informational session designed for adults in the Oxford Schools community.
This introductory training is intended for awareness and educational purposes and focuses on how community members can recognize observable behaviors or warning signs that may be concerning. The session emphasizes the importance of community involvement in violence prevention while respecting privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.
Participants will learn about the behavioral approach to prevention and understand appropriate reporting channels when concerns arise. This training does not provide formal threat assessment or management instruction.
This session is open to adults in the Oxford Schools community and is intended to raise awareness and support a safe school environment.
