JOINED OXFORD COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
July 2017
I began my teaching career in North Carolina after graduating from and competing on the Track team at Central Michigan University. I taught High School AP Environmental Science for several years and enjoyed coaching our Track & Field team. I also began my administrative experience in North Carolina at the High School level, serving as an assistant principal for two years. After moving back to Michigan, I served as an assistant principal in Grosse Pointe at both Parcells Middle School and GP South High School. I am excited to be a part of Oxford Community Schools and feel very privileged to help lead us to reach our full potential as a learning community.
My wife and I have been married since 2008 and we are proud parents of two boys, Camden and Benjamin. They are a handful, but nothing gives us more purpose and brings us more joy in our lives than our children. We are very blessed. When I’m not spending time with my family, I enjoy running and exercising—as it helps keep me balanced.
Go, Wildcats!
