Join us as guest teacher or substitute and become a part of Team O! Oxford guest teachers and substitutes are employed through willSub (ESS Midwest), and are paid directly by willSub (ESS Midwest). 

We are currently accepting candidates for the following:

• Guest teachers – OCS guest teachers must have official transcripts showing completion of at least 60 credit hours combined from one or more regionally accredited two or four-year colleges or universities, with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a State of Michigan Certification, and successfully pass Live Scan criminal history records check.
• Sub Paraprofessional – OCS sub paraprofessionals must successfully pass Live Scan criminal history records check.
• Noon Aide – OCS noon aides must successfully pass a Live Scan criminal history records check.

Interested candidates, please follow the steps below:

1. Live Scan Fingerprint Request form and instructions – print forms and complete Live Scan criminal history records check. Return completed forms to Human Resources.
2. Criminal conviction history and Live Scan release– Applicants with fingerprints on file at another district, please fill out this document and return to Human Resources.
3. Acceptable Use Policy and signature page – read and agree to policy, print and sign signature page (page 8). Return to Human Resources.
4. willSub application instructions – one-page guide to the application process with willSub.
5. Complete the willSub application
6. Return items 1,2, & 3 to the Human Resources Office – we are located on the first floor of the administration offices.
