September 15, Homecoming Event Information

Dear Wildcat Families,

Seeing the fantastic school spirit of our Wildcats throughout the buildings, and especially the past two weekends with the incredible crowds at Wildcat Stadium, fills one’s heart with tremendous joy and pride. We are excited to celebrate the culmination of our homecoming week tomorrow with the annual homecoming parade followed by the varsity football game against Stoney Creek at Wildcat Stadium.

The past two years the homecoming parade route was changed due to COVID.  Please know, the parade is back to its regular route beginning at Mill St., moving through East St. and up N. Oxford Rd. to end at Oxford High School.

A few points of business for the game:

  •   Those wishing to tailgate must wait until 4 pm on Friday to park in the high school parking lots
  •   Due to our limited parking availability for the expected attendance, RVs are not permitted
  •   Students and staff can show their school ID for free entry to the game
  •   Tickets for all other spectators will be digital ONLY through the GoFan App
  •   As a reminder, alcohol and tobacco are not permitted on school grounds
  •   Due to the size of the expected crowd, spectators will need to go through the Evolv weapons detection system to enter Wildcat Stadium
    •   Stadium chairs or umbrellas are allowed but will have to be handed off and will not go through the Evolv system
    •   Only small purses and diaper bags are permitted into the stadium and may be subject to a search

I look forward to seeing our Wildcat community in their blue and gold tomorrow as we celebrate together!

Go Wildcats,
